Hello guys!I need help to use Sysaid API.I import wdsl that has in Integration → Sysaid API, on Postman and the RAW I put{    "user_name":"name",    "password":"********"} But I can’t POST, my method login is LDAP.I read the documentation but don’t appear friendly to me, anyone can help me?

Hello,I'm trying to understand how parameters work in the SysAid API. I've been using a request to retrieve service requests within a date range like so:https://myCompany.sysaidit.com/api/v1/sr?insert_time=1483246800000,1711152000000 However, when I add another query parameter to specify certain fields to be returned, neither of the two filters seems to work:https://myCompany.sysaidit.com/api/v1/sr?insert_time=1483246800000,1711152000000&fields=problem_type,alertID,CustomColumn17sr,sr_type,problem_sub_type,third_level_category,title,status,request_user,responsibility,priority,insert_time,close_time,due_date,update_time Does the SysAid API support more than one query parameter? If it doesn't, how should I structure the request according to the API's requirements?Thanks for your help! 

I hope you're doing well.I have a question regarding the SysAid API Services. I'm wondering if it's possible to filter requests by ID range. I need to view my service requests within a specific range or apply a filter based on certain criteria. Could you please assist me with this?

I am using the REST API in order to do some cleanup. One aspect of this is to update the sub_type field on SR’s that are using old sub_type forms which I want to remove.  I tried issuing the search endpoint with the url:https://[env_name].sysaidit.com/api/v1/sr/search?query=*&fields=id,sub_type,problem_type&sub_type=31This is not working and returning me SR’s with sub_types that are not of the ID 31. Alternatively, I could send a request that filters on problem_type and the results are properly filtered. https://[env_name].sysaidit.com/api/v1/sr/search?query=*&fields=id,sub_type,problem_type&problem_type=SecurityWhy is sub_type specifically not being respected in the search? Thanks

Hello.We used to host SysAid locally and I had the following query that went to the local DB directly.SELECT id FROM service_req WHERE sr_cust_sap_transports Like '%123456789%’Now that we moved to the SysAid cloud I need to redo this query using the REST API.Would like assistance in this translation. :)Thank youRudy

Hello all, I needed to automate some things with python and the rest API. I put together a simple client - it’s very barebones right now but I’d like to encourage PR’s if you’d like to add features or functionality.https://github.com/Djones4822/pySysAidOnce I get what I need implemented I’ll consider adding features that folks request. Hello, i am using sysaid rest api and i tried to fetch a service records with a custom column, i used this example endpoint: https://[my_site]/api/v1/sr/search?query=*&CustomColumn9sr=3469262019072400036,and this endpoint return all of service records, the filter not working with custom columns but work with native keys, like status, department…, what can i do to works a custom column search? 

We have an issue with filtering/searching SRs trough REST API. I tried with both search and filters, but documentation is not as clear as it can be (some examples would be helpful). Please see pictures bellow:

I have tried to put a search string together but I can’t figure it out. Anyone have done this before? Thanks!

Hello, I have an API connection that has recently stopped working. My company has also recently rolled out SSO authentication to sysaid so I’d strongly imagine that the reason.Do you know what changes I need to get back online with the API connection?Keith

Our users are no longer able to log on to SysAid using the domain and user credentials. It keeps on saying incorrect password even when entered correctly. Below its the screenshot of the setting selected.  

We use SSO for Sysaid but when it comes to the using the desktop agent/shortcut it wants to use the AD login information which doesn’t work with our setup.How can I get our agent settings to use SSO or asking the end user to login so that they can submit a ticket via the self-service portal?

I’ve got the service account to use it with REST API. I tested that account to confirm whether login works in the browser. I want to test login using REST API in Postman. I referred a couple of posts, but I couldn’t connect using REST API. Can someone help on what I am missing? I am using following URL And parameters to login. Does anyone actually have any working examples of using the Rest API to connect and extract the JSessionID ? Seems that documentation is very hard to find in this area

I am trying to submit a ticket using Sysaid REST API. I think thats causing problem as I found on Sysaid site that REST Api wont work for OAuth users. Is there a work around?Also, a maximum of two API login requests will be allowed within a five minute periodI have to wait 5 minutes everytime to test , my code. Hi,All the requests I make through Insomnia work perfectly but inside my web application I always get CORS ERROR.Is there any way to enable CORS on my SysAid installation?
