Hello, I am running a report which requires me to retrieve items which maybe expiring for a month ahead. So for example, on March 1st, I would like a report to run which will show me expiring items for the month of April. This will give admins enough time to review and renew items. In the Date Range, there seems to be plenty dates in the past like Last Quater, Last Month etc. but i would like there to be Next month or next 60 days etc. Can this be attained with the current setup? Hello, Activities by Administrator report for one week in January 2021is saying Running for hours and I am not getting the results under Recent Report. Reported failed once and I ran it again and again. Any help how to get the report is very much appreciated? Thank you. Ali
Hello my friends! I have been doing wonderful custom report via .jrxml, but now I have a problem and I would like to count on your help. On the prompt screen I created an html field of type file for images, I'm trying to pass it into the .jrxml but I don't know how. "<input type =" file "id =" photo "name =" photo "accept =" image / * ">" I created a very basic .jrxml with just an image item so that you can help me, please give me that strength.
I've tried to change the administrator accountname from sysaid (account sent by Sysaid) to another name. I haven't created a password yet for the new accountname. After entering, the Sysaid login screen did pop up. But my login data isn't excepted anymore. Not with the "old" accountname, nor with the "new" accountname. Hi All, I ran in to this problem some time ago whereby for no apparent reason, when I ran iReport the splash screen would appear, but no loading took place, the usual progress bar made no progress. I have since had a few support calls about this same issue, so I figure I will post the solution here. The culprit is Java 8 as iReport is not compatible with Java 8 run time - well at least version 3.7.6 is not. To resolve this issue, simply install the Java 7 JDK (unless already installed) on the machine on which iReport is installed and then configure iReport to use the JDK rather than your local JRE. 2 easy steps: ----------------------- 1. Download and install JDK7 (http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jdk7-downloads-1880260.html) 2. Modify the iReport config file 'ireport.conf' found in the 'etc' folder in the iReport installation directory. (on a Windows instance; possibly: C:\Program Files\iReport-3.7.6\etc\) Open the file in Notepad or equivalent plain text
Hello. At my company we are trying the Advanced Reporting feature and I see some reports, like Breaches per Company, or Track SR field changes, show Errors in the 'Recent reports' when I put filters on them. Is this normal for the trial? or does it mean I am not doing the filters right? Thanks in advance, Isaac
Perhaps I am overlooking something, but I can't seem to be able to find a way to report on the tickets that were closed and assigned to a particular admin. We have some situations where we have a generic account as an admin signed into a station so that anyone on the front desk team can get a ticket entered. In theory, I should be able to report on the assigned user, but if the ticket is closed by that generic account, it shows up as doing the work. How can I report on this without using the old, pre-generated reports in SysAid?
Hi, We use version v15.4.15 of Sysaid and also have the newest module Advanced Reporting installed. Which version of Jasper iReports is supported for editiding/design new report templates? In the help file is says "Reports in SysAid are edited using iReport version 3.7.6". Is this still the case? Best regards Haakon
Hope to can explain, i need a report Open Tickets vs Closed Tickets, when i create my status list in several status i put closed, this means for me the time counter of the tickets stop until another status active make the time counter to continue, for example: status TESTING = Open, Time counting status WARRANTY = Closed, Time stopped status TESTING = Open, Time counting status CLOSED = Open, Time stopped, waiting for customer confirmation status CLOSED/CONFIMED = Closed Time stopped But for me in the status TESTING, WARRANTY the ticket is Open is not Closed, just the time is stopped, how can make some group of status Closed (Just status CLOSED/CONFIRMED) Open (The rest of the status i have) to can make a filter for open and closed ticket no matters the status they have.
