Setting a new default Request Template

Hi All, We have the on-prem platform, build v21.4.45 b17. SysAid is overwhelmed with different request and incident templates. I am not able to find the settings where I can set a default template on the Self Service Portal. Can you please assist with this?CheersS

Set up a second email address to send Notifications from a specific queue

Help!  I have the requirement to set up email notifications to come from a second email address if sent from a specific queue.I’ve set up and tested incoming email and outgoing email, and routed the second email to create a ticket in the #2 queue, but currently all notifications are coming from the primary email address #1. I need queue #2 to send automatic email notifications, and when a user sends email from an SR, it needs to come from email address #2.How can I set this up?Any help is appreciated a lot!

I’ve found the article on how to put some nifty customisations on the Sysaid notifications, and it allows us to do a “not” and “equals” check - e.g.:#if( ${Status}==”In Progress” )#if( ${Solution}!="" )However, I was wondering - does the system support “contains” or “like” operators? I was hoping to do something along the lines of:#if( ${Description} like "*forgot my password*" && ${Description} like "*SystemX*" )    <p>Did you Know? Where can the Custom List "Activity Status" be used?

Within Settings > Customize > Customized Lists there is a section for “Activity” that has  ‘Activity Status’ , SRWorkTime Custom list 1, and SRWorkTime Custom list 2. I assume the latter two can be used within Settings > Service Desk > SR Activities Settings, but the “Activity Status” is not an option in that menu.  Is there somewhere this can be viewed or added?

Mergin tickets

Hi When I have an incident I can merg tickets together quick. However if I want to update the individual tickets I can’t do that anymore. is there a way to discharge all the tickets from a parent ticket or DO I need to do it 1 by 1?

Can Sysaid and NHS net integrated together?As a nhs.net admin I have lots of request comminfg in that way and I might miss it is there a way to have an other tickiting system integrated into sysaid?

Is there any plans to provide this functionality? Currently the only similar functionality, appears to only suitable for administrators. ${LinkToSR} Includes a direct link to the service record. For administrators only
